Adds a --chrome-binary argument and HTML2PDF4DOC_CHROME_BINARY env var to allow specifying chrome binary to use.

@gewlar thanks for contributing! Are you planning to implement this option in StrictDoc as well?

Just in case, I am bumping the dependency here: strictdoc-project/strictdoc#3203.

I'm currently relying on the setting the env variable in our setup. But I'll gladly add the same option to strictdoc itself.
